Method
Three pillars, one goal: a body that senses itself accurately and moves without pain.
“Breathing easy, breathing soft, let the gripping slowly drop. Safety first, the body knows. And from that place, true movement grows.”
— Susi Hately
The entry point to a nervous system that can finally settle, and a free ongoing massage of all organs through improved breathing mechanics and better communication between the respiratory diaphragm and the pelvic floor.
Functional, biomechanically sound patterns rebuilt from the ground up — not performance, but capacity and ease in everyday living and sports.
Space to notice what's actually happening in the body: the basis of interoception, and of lasting change.
Together, these three pillars improve interoception and biomechanics — the body's ability to sense itself and move efficiently. Aside from silent inflammation, sensory muscle amnesia and compensatory movement patterns are often the root cause of chronic pain.
Tissue health is addressed directly through fascia release: Kinetix Fascia Release and myofascial self-release using Yoga Tune-Up balls and foam rollers, alongside techniques to activate the lymphatic system.
Who I work with
Alongside balanced yoga classes for healthy clients — always geared to your own level of mobility and strength — I regularly work with clients recovering from injuries or surgery, or living with fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders or after cancer treatment. I've also completed specialised training in movement for older adults and their particular needs as well as nervous system regulation to combat burnout and anxiety. My passion is also to help women remain fit, strong and vital through menopause and beyond.
